Oasis is an intermediary platform. Contracts for sessions, classes, retreats and goods are concluded exclusively between the person booking and the respective practitioner or provider. Oasis is not a party to those contracts and does not itself provide health, healing or therapeutic services.
Information about qualifications, prices and content is supplied by practitioners. Oasis verifies practitioner identity, not professional competence.

Illegal content can be reported through the report link on every profile and listing page, or informally by email (notice and action procedure under Art. 16 DSA).
Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content and links
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under general law. We are not responsible for content submitted by practitioners and are under no obligation to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information. Once we become aware of a specific infringement we remove the content concerned without delay.
The respective provider is always responsible for the content of external links. No infringements were apparent at the time of linking.
